Police are searching for 31-year-old Jose Carlos Meza Ignacio, who is considered armed and dangerous after allegedly shooting a man to death at the Carmel Creek apartment complex in Brookhaven early Sunday. The victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds and later died at the scene. An argument over Ignacio's gun reportedly led to the shooting, which occurred in the presence of at least one child, prompting charges of murder and several other offenses against Ignacio.
