Samuel Etuk, a 38-year-old man from Cobb County, has been convicted of criminal solicitation and influencing a witness related to a 2021 armed robbery case. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and will face retrial for first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit murder, while being acquitted of several other charges. The case began when a woman reported being robbed during a nail salon appointment, leading to the identification and arrest of Etuk and another suspect, Michael Hansell, who pleaded guilty to related charges and received a 15-year sentence.
