U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement reported that Hector David Sagastume Rivas, a 21-year-old Honduran national accused of killing Cobb County resident Camillia Williams, entered the U.S. illegally in March 2021. Williams, 52, was found dead on Pat Mell Road, having been strangled, and Sagastume Rivas was arrested five days later on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault. Williams' family expressed their grief and concern over the circumstances of her death and the immigration status of her alleged killer, as they work to arrange for her body to be returned to New Orleans for funeral services.
