Couple Indicted for Child's Death at Fort Stewart Military Base in Georgia

A federal grand jury has indicted Brandon M. Kelley, 29, and Stacey D. Kelley, 26, for the felony murder and second-degree murder of their child, Vyolet Kelley, while living at Fort Stewart military base in southeast Georgia. The indictment alleges that the child died due to a lack of adequate nourishment and medical care. If convicted, the couple faces life in prison, as stated by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia.
