A Georgia man, Logan Wayne Hart, has been charged with severely burning his infant son in Flowery Branch on June 27, according to Hall County officials. The investigation revealed that the child suffered burns consistent with being submerged in boiling liquid, with injuries to both his foot and hand. Hart, 20, was arrested in Barrow County and is currently held without bond on a felony count of first-degree child cruelty.
