A 22-year-old woman has been charged with arson following a fire in northwest Georgia that burned nearly 200 acres, damaging a house and destroying a shed. The fire, which started on Sunday and was contained by Monday, prompted evacuations in the Armuchee area, just north of Rome. Authorities reported that the woman, who is currently hospitalized for a mental examination, admitted to igniting the fire out of anger, although she claimed she did not intend for it to spread.
