Jesus Monroy, a 20-year-old man charged with the malice murder of his pregnant ex-girlfriend Mia Campos, was granted a $56,000 bond during a hearing on Wednesday in Gwinnett County, though he remains in jail. Campos, who was seven months pregnant, was found dead in the woods on July 15 after her family used a cell phone app to locate her. Monroy was initially arrested for lying to investigators before being charged with multiple counts including murder and feticide.
