A manhunt is ongoing following the shooting deaths of a woman and a young girl at a DeKalb County apartment complex on Friday afternoon. Police responded to the 2500 block of Columbia Drive around 3 p.m. and found both victims with gunshot wounds, but life-saving measures were unsuccessful.
