LITTLE RIVER, S.C. — A shooting on Sunday night in Little River left at least 11 people hospitalized, with authorities confirming the incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. near a boat dock by the Intracoastal Waterway. Horry County Police reported that the situation was isolated and posed no ongoing threat to the community, although details regarding suspects and motives remain undisclosed. Additionally, a North Myrtle Beach police officer accidentally shot himself in the leg while responding to the scene and is currently in stable condition.
