Shooting Outside Marietta Restaurant Leaves Man Dead as Police Investigate Incident

A man was shot and killed outside Costa Mar Seafood and Grill in Marietta shortly after midnight on Friday. Police officers nearby heard a gunshot and found the victim in the parking lot, but despite their efforts to save him, he did not survive. The shooting appears to have stemmed from an incident that began inside the restaurant, and police have not yet identified a suspect.
