Teen Charged in MARTA Bus Driver Shooting to Face Juvenile Court in DeKalb County

A 16-year-old accused of fatally shooting MARTA bus driver Leroy Ramos on January 3 will be prosecuted in juvenile court in DeKalb County, as announced by the DeKalb District Attorney's Office on Wednesday. The teenager faces charges of felony murder and aggravated assault following a dispute over a fare that escalated into violence. Two other teens, ages 16 and 14, had charges dismissed after it was determined they did not participate in the shooting.
