A teenager is dead and a 15-year-old is injured following a shootout on Saturday at a DeKalb County gas station after a dispute escalated. Police have charged 17-year-old Rodriquez Kemp with murder for allegedly hitting the 15-year-old with his vehicle before the shooting occurred. The incident took place around 3:45 p.m. on Watkins Glen Road, and the identities of the victims have not been released.
