KERRVILLE, Texas — As floodwaters recede from Camp Mystic, the identities of some of the 43 victims, including 15 children, who died in the flash floods are emerging. The storm, which brought nearly a foot of rain, left 27 girls from the camp unaccounted for, prompting Governor Greg Abbott to assure that rescue efforts would continue.
