Albany Teen Charged in Deadly Homecoming Shooting at Albany State University
An 18-year-old Albany teen, Jeremy Marshall, has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault and firearm possession in connection with a shooting during Albany State University's homecoming weekend, which resulted in the death of 19-year-old De’Marion Tashawn Daniels from Newnan. The incident occurred on October 19 near a campus concert, injuring several others, including a 13-year-old girl and two high school students.
