Byron Davis, 41, was arrested on charges including malice murder and aggravated assault in connection with a New Year's Day shooting at the Lacura Bar and Bistro in Atlanta. The incident, which occurred just after 3 a.m., resulted in the death of 28-year-old Kirey Thompson and injuries to two others, including a security guard. The altercation began inside the nightclub and escalated outside, leading to gunfire from at least three shooters, with multiple vehicles also damaged in the parking lot.
