College Park Police Involved in Shooting of Suspect Fleeing from Earlier Incident

On Tuesday evening, College Park police shot 31-year-old Dwight Jaheem Robinson-Fikes of Jonesboro while pursuing him as a suspect in a prior shooting at an apartment complex near West Fayetteville Road, according to the GBI. Robinson-Fikes was hospitalized and reported to be in stable condition. The GBI is investigating the incident, and once completed, the case will be forwarded to the Clayton County District Attorney's Office for further review.
