William Lewis Almond, 47, has been indicted by a grand jury in DeKalb County on multiple charges, including malice murder and aggravated assault, following the June shooting deaths of his estranged wife, 29-year-old Tomekia Pullins, and her friend’s 6-year-old daughter, Dior Scott. This incident occurred after three previous reports of domestic violence against Pullins, with allegations of assaults in January, February, and June leading up to the fatal shooting. Almond, who has a criminal history, remains in jail without bond following his arrest at the scene of the crime.
