Duluth Man Indicted for Threatening U.S. Senators with Violent Voicemails in Alarming Case

A 25-year-old Duluth man, Robert Davis Forney, has been indicted by a federal grand jury for leaving voicemails threatening sexual violence against Senators Ted Cruz and Deb Fischer.
