In a recent federal lawsuit, defendant Shannon Stillwell and fellow inmate Nkenegen Hambrick accused Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat and Chief Jailer John Jackson of allowing unsafe and unsanitary conditions in the Fulton County jail.
