The trial of Colin Gray, the father of the Apalachee High School shooting suspect, has been delayed by Barrow County Superior Court Judge Nicholas Primm due to scheduling conflicts with two murder trials in Fulton County. Originally set to begin on September 8, the trial's new date remains undetermined as defense attorneys cited issues with discovery and lack of a witness list. Colin Gray faces 29 charges, including two counts of second-degree murder, related to the shooting that resulted in the deaths of two students and two teachers.
