On Sunday morning, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was called to investigate an officer-involved shooting in Henry County, occurring shortly after a separate incident where police shot an armed minor. The shooting took place near a home on Brannan Road in McDonough, and GBI agents were on the scene gathering evidence. Just days prior, Henry County police responded to a situation involving a minor with a knife, resulting in the officer shooting the individual, who was subsequently hospitalized.
