Hall County Woman Charged with Murder After Allegedly Shooting Partner in Home Incident
A woman has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting 68-year-old James David Barron inside their Hall County home on Saturday. The Hall County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident on Bayridge Drive, where Barron was found unresponsive and later pronounced dead at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville. The suspect, 61-year-old Suzanne Renee Mericle, was also charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and is being held without bond in the Hall County Jail.
