Mayor and Wife Arrested on Child Molestation Charges Shocking Small Georgia Town

Joseph Kelly, the 38-year-old mayor of Climax, Georgia, and his wife Natalie Grubbs, 44, were arrested on child molestation and cruelty to children charges, respectively, on Saturday. The Decatur County Sheriff’s Office reported that Kelly faces two counts of child molestation, while Grubbs is charged with two counts of cruelty to children, with allegations suggesting that Kelly molested two minors and Grubbs was aware of the incidents. Both have been released on bond, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting an ongoing investigation into the matter.
