A Roswell police officer shot a man following a confrontation at Regal Nissan on Holcomb Bridge Road early Wednesday. The incident began when the officer, on proactive patrol, encountered a suspicious individual who then attacked him, leading to a struggle. After an unsuccessful attempt to subdue the suspect with a Taser, the officer fired his weapon, injuring the man, who is currently in stable condition at a hospital.
