Southeast Atlanta Man Arrested for January Shooting Death at Dangerous Apartment Complex

Jonathan Lawson, 34, was arrested on July 11 in connection with the January 9 shooting death of Jerrell Cullins, 35, at the Park Vista apartments in southeast Atlanta. Lawson faces multiple charges, including murder and aggravated assault, and is currently held without bond at the Fulton County jail. The Park Vista apartments, identified as one of the metro area's persistently dangerous complexes, has a history of violent incidents, with at least two other homicides reported in recent years.
