Superior Court Judge Robert Guy Resigns After Arrest at Florida Strip Club

Superior Court Judge Robert "Bert" Guy Jr. submitted his resignation letter to Governor Brian Kemp on Thursday afternoon, following his arrest in a parking lot of a Florida strip club. In his letter, Guy expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve in the Brunswick Judicial Circuit and acknowledged the support of his colleagues and staff. His resignation comes shortly after a DUI charge on October 7.
