A third suspect, Marvin Judge, has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting on April 27 in Forest Park, linked to a territorial dispute between rival motorcycle gangs. Judge faces charges of felony murder and participation in criminal gang activity for his role in the incident that resulted in the deaths of Anthony Hearns and Isaiah Mack and injuries to two others. The violence reportedly erupted between the Outcast motorcycle gang and the Wheels of Soul gang, as the latter attempted to establish a presence in Georgia, leading to confrontations at a motorcycle gathering.
