Three separate fatal shootings occurred within six hours in Savannah, resulting in three deaths, according to police on Saturday. The incidents took place in the 1300 block of 56th Street, 37th and Burroughs streets, and near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and 35th Street, with the first shooting reported around 10:45 p.m. Friday. Nathaniel Leonard Lewis, 21, has been arrested and charged with murder related to the last shooting, while officials noted that the incidents appear to be unrelated and not random.
