Tragic Accident Claims Life of Toddler in Southeast Atlanta as Police Investigate Crash
A 2-year-old girl was fatally struck by a vehicle on Friday evening around 9:30 p.m. in the 2200 block of Glenwood Avenue in southeast Atlanta. According to police, the child ran in front of a Land Rover that was turning onto a private road, and she was taken to a hospital by a private vehicle but later died. The driver remained at the scene, and authorities are continuing to investigate the incident, with no charges or citations announced at this time.
