Tragic Crash Claims Life of Promising Atlanta Real Estate Agent Richie Wells Amid Police Pursuit Investigation

Richie Wells, a 26-year-old former athletic trainer from New York, was killed in a car crash in Buckhead, Atlanta, when a driver fleeing police ran a red light and collided with his vehicle. Wells had recently moved to Atlanta to pursue a real estate career after a successful stint at the University of Kentucky, where he was known for his caring nature and dedication to helping others. The driver, Santario Barnwell, faces multiple charges, including murder and vehicular homicide, as the Georgia State Patrol continues to investigate the incident.
