A man and a woman were discovered dead on Thursday in an apartment on Centerview Drive in Duluth, Gwinnett County, in what police suspect to be a murder-suicide. Family members had reported concerns after not seeing their uncle for several days and one relative received what they believed to be a suicide note from him. Preliminary investigations indicated that the woman died by strangulation while the man died by hanging, and an autopsy is pending to confirm the official causes of death.
