An 8-year-old boy identified only as Bisebwa was found dead in a neighborhood swimming pool on Thursday morning after being reported missing the previous evening in DeKalb County. He had left a home on North Indian Creek Drive around 7 p.m. Wednesday, and authorities have not disclosed the distance from the home to the pool or the circumstances surrounding his death.
