Tragic Family Dispute Ends in Death of Forsyth County Father and Son

On Tuesday night in Forsyth County, 24-year-old Anthony David Persichetti allegedly killed his father, 46-year-old Anthony Gennaro Persichetti, during an argument at their shared home. The following day, the elder Persichetti was found dead after his ex-wife called police, and shortly thereafter, authorities discovered Anthony David's body in DeKalb County from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. An investigation is ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the altercation.
