A train collided with a tractor-trailer in South Fulton late Monday night, causing nearby roads to remain closed on Tuesday. The accident occurred just before 10 p.m. at the intersection of Roosevelt Highway and Roberts Road, as the tractor-trailer was entering the Strategic Materials Inc. lot. Although there were no reported injuries, the collision resulted in significant damage to both the trailer and the train, leading officials to advise commuters to avoid the area and consider using South Fulton Parkway as an alternate route.
