Young Thug Released from Fulton County Jail After Sentencing to Time Served and 15 Years Probation
Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Williams, was released from Fulton County Jail on Thursday night after being sentenced to time served and 15 years of probation. Prosecutors alleged that Williams was the leader of Young Slime Life, a gang involved in criminal activities, while his attorneys argued that YSL was merely the name of his record label. Williams pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including gang activity and firearm possession, but received no prison time due to his nearly two and a half years already served, along with special probation conditions that include a ten-year ban from Atlanta and participation in anti-gang presentations.
