Cobb County police have arrested Hector David Sagastume Rivas in connection with the death of 52-year-old Camillia Williams, whose body was discovered in her home on Pat Mell Road on March 13. Rivas faces a felony murder charge, with police stating that Williams died during a struggle between 11 p.m. on March 12 and 1 a.m. on March 13, allegedly due to Rivas placing her in a chokehold and applying his full body weight on her neck.
