Kazi Sihan Hossain, of Atlanta, was involved in a fatal three-vehicle crash on I-75 in Cobb County on September 27, attributed to driving too fast for conditions during heavy rain from Hurricane Helene. Hossain's vehicle, a 2014 Hyundai Sonata, lost control due to insufficient tire tread, leading to a collision that resulted in serious injuries to Rodrigue Joseph, who later died from his injuries. Hossain faces charges including second-degree vehicular homicide and was released on a $10,000 bond after being booked into Cobb jail.
