Kenneth Perry has been sentenced to over 100 years in prison for the 1990 murder of siblings John and Pamela Sumpter in DeKalb County. Superior Court Judge Shondeana C. Morris imposed three consecutive life sentences along with an additional 100 years after a jury found Perry guilty of rape and murder. The case was solved decades later through DNA evidence from a rape kit, leading to Perry's identification and arrest in 2022.
