Gunfire Erupts in DeKalb County Apartment Complex Leaving Eight Year Old Girl and Relative Injured

Two family members, including an 8-year-old girl, were shot in their DeKalb County home on Saturday night when multiple rounds were fired into the residence at The Villas at Panthersville. The victims, a 24-year-old woman and her niece, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to local hospitals. The incident is under investigation, and no arrests have been made as of yet; The Villas at Panthersville has a history of violence, with numerous reported crimes over the years.
