Masked Gunman Kills Gas Station Employee in Clayton County Shooting Investigation Underway

A man was shot and killed by a masked gunman inside a Chevron/Circle K gas station in Riverdale, Clayton County, on Friday night around 11 p.m. The victim, an employee of the store located on Highway 85 near Webb Road, was found dead from a gunshot wound to his back after a confrontation with the suspect, who fled in a black Dodge Journey without a license plate. Authorities have described the suspect as wearing a blue shirt, black pants, and slide-style shoes, and he is considered armed and dangerous.
