Chondria Richburg, 43, was arrested in South Fulton for allegedly stabbing a dog named Dexter to death with a kitchen knife during a morning walk on March 3. Richburg faces a felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals after her pit bull attacked Dexter, and she reportedly did not attempt to intervene before stabbing Dexter seven times. She has been granted a $100,000 bond with conditions including no contact with Dexter's owner and restrictions on being around knives or animals.
