Subpoenas Reveal Key Evidence in Apalachee High School Shooting Case Against Colt and Colin Gray
Subpoenas have revealed new information regarding the investigation into 14-year-old Colt Gray and his father, Colin Gray, following the Apalachee High School shooting that resulted in the deaths of two students and two teachers. Four subpoenas were issued, three to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for records related to shooting range access, and one to Amazon for customer and purchase information linked to Colin Gray. Colt Gray faces 55 charges including felony murder, while Colin Gray has been indicted on 29 charges, with testimony indicating he purchased the firearm used in the shooting and provided it to his son as a gift.
