Atlanta Community Gathers to Honor Fallen DeKalb Officer David Rose at Memorial Service

DeKalb County police Officer David Rose, who was killed in an attack at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on August 8, will be honored at a public service on August 22 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church Atlanta. Officer Rose, a 33-year-old decorated U.S. Marine, is survived by his pregnant wife and two young children. The service is expected to draw numerous law enforcement agencies and will be livestreamed, with over $533,000 raised to support his family.
