An Atlanta defense attorney, Nicole Fegan, faces twelve charges, including drug trafficking and violating the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, after Fulton County prosecutors accused her of smuggling drugs to a client and obstructing a shooting investigation. Fegan represented Tenquarius Mender, who is involved in the "Young Slime Life" gang trial, and is alleged to have provided him contraband while in custody.
