He faces charges including murder and three counts of hijacking after allegedly shooting Cody Chavous four times when Chavous refused to surrender his vehicle. Another victim was also shot during the incident and required surgery, while the 300 Riverside Apartments has been identified as one of Atlanta's most dangerous complexes, with a history of violent crimes.
