Nicholas Wimbish, a 25-year-old former poll worker from Milledgeville, was indicted for allegedly mailing a bomb threat to a local election superintendent and for lying to the FBI. The indictment claims that Wimbish sent a letter that falsely appeared to be from a voter, threatening poll workers and suggesting knowledge of their personal information. If convicted, he faces significant prison time, with a maximum of 10 years for the bomb threat charge and five years for each of the other charges.
