Man Found Dead in Atlanta Home After Confrontation with Car Burglars Sparks Investigation

A man was found dead in his southwest Atlanta home on King George Lane early Friday morning after reportedly suffering a medical emergency during a confrontation with car burglars. Police stated that the victim confronted multiple suspects attempting to break into his vehicle, and at least one suspect fired a shot at him, although he was not physically injured. The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office will investigate the cause of death to determine if it will be classified as a homicide.
